True story of a cattle rancher whose brush with death turns him into a vegetarian activist. His appearance on Oprah’s “Mad Cow Disease” show sparks a beef industry lawsuit and media frenzy. Chris Gegax is a veteran Minnesota writer/director and longtime member of the Screenwriters’ Workshop. In 2002 he directed A SPECIALIST IN HIS FIELD written by Dave Kunz for ScreenLabs and previously directed his own script EVERLASTING LOVE.
