Staged reading with professional actors and director of SWW member Russ Meyer’s contest-winning script.

Title: JENNA’S GONE
Genre: Mystery thriller

Logline: When the waitress they both love goes missing, the friendship of a young untried deputy and an exceptional hunting guide is strained as the two track across the desert after the kidnapper, both suspecting the other of a role in her disappearance.

Bio: JENNA’S GONE is Russ Meyer’s tenth feature screenplay and won The Best Drama Script Award in the Screenplay Search Screenwriting Competition, and most recently won The Contest of Contest Winners. It was a quarter-finalist in the Nichol Fellowship competition, as well as a finalist in six other contests. Russ recently became a full-time writer, found an agent, and is completing his thirteenth feature script.
